AssetMark 401(k) Web Site – Plan Information at Your Fingertips
Through the AssetMark 401(k) Plan Sponsor Web site,
access to total plan values, plan reports and individual participant
account information is as close as your computer. The Web site
is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. To get plan information,
visit www.assetmark401k.com and choose “Account Login.”
At the login box, enter your User ID and password*
and click on the box titled “Sponsor.” Once you are
logged in, you will be directed to the Plan Summary screen. (Note:
If you have multiple accounts you will first be directed to a “Plan
Selection” screen. Simply, click on the plan you wish to
access.)
Plan Summary: Provides basic plan information, including
graphs which illustrate the total plan values in dollars and percentages
by both investment and source.
Plan Balance: Provides “Balance
by Source” or “Balance
by Investment.” “Balance by Source” gi
ves you
the ability to drill down into each plan source to view balances
in each source at to the fund level and provides the total number
of balances in each. “Balance by Investment” displays
total plan balances by fund. For both views, the total number of
units, price for each fund and total dollar value as of the previous
business day’s closing are provided.
View Balance in Suspense: Provides the plan’s current forfeiture
balance. Accessible from both the “Plan Summary” and “Plan
Balance” screens described above. (Note: This may include
both prior and current year forfeiture money and is not necessarily
the amount the plan has available for immediate use.)
Fund Information: Provides a list of the funds offered in your plan. Click on the
name of each fund for a Morningstar link about
that fund’s performance. If your plan offers Collective Investment
Funds, you can click on “View” in the Fund Information
column for details about the CIF. (Note: Some of your plan’s
funds, such as Managed Accounts and the Trust Industrial Bank Savings
Account, may not be available on Morningstar and will not appear
as a hyperlink.)
Reports: Provides a list of reports that have been
made available by your Retirement Plan Specialist.
Transactions: Provides details such as affected participant names, prices and
shares for all transactions posted to your plan by transaction
type and fund. Allows you to select all transactions or just those
which have been requested via the Web/VRU.
Employee Accounts/Participant
Summary: Allows you to view a participant’s
account information by logging into the Participant Web site (in
view access only). This screen is helpful for assisting your participants’ and
answering their questions because you can both access the information
simultaneously from different locations. The “EE Search” link
provides the ability to search your employees by name and/or social
security number.
