You can use the AssetMark 401(k) Plan
phone-based services to access your account information and to
provide trading instructions. These phone-based services are
delivered through
a Voice Response Unit (VRU). Using the VRU, you can:
•
Obtain the current total and
vested balance of your account. (Values are based on closing
prices as of the prior business day that the market is open.)
•
Obtain the current value of your account
by fund.
•
Change your Personal Identification Number
(PIN).
•
Obtain your current investment election
percentages.
•
Change the fund election percentages for
your future contributions.
•
Obtain available loan amounts and model
projected loan payments (if your plan offers a loan feature).
•
Transfer your current balances between
the mutual fund options offered in your plan.
•
Conform (or realign) your current balances
to match your investment election percentages.
This information is available to you 24 hours
a day, seven days a week. If you need personal assistance while
using phone-based services, you can reach a Daily Valuation Group
phone representative between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Mountain Time),
Monday through Friday.
To access the VRU, you'll need a touch-tone
phone, your PIN and your Social Security number. Once you connect
with the VRU, voice instructions guide you through each step of
the VRU's services.
To use the VRU:
1. Call 1-800-553-4337.
2. After you hear the greeting, press "1".
3. Enter your Social Security number.
4. Enter your PIN and press #.
The first time that you use the VRU, your PIN
will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please
change your PIN to a series of numbers you choose. Remember to select
an easily-remembered PIN and to write down your PIN in a safe place
for future reference.
